What we do

Research is easy. Delivery is the method.

Most research never reaches anyone. The four phases below are the repeatable path we use to close that gap. It is the same one that took Jiveesha from an unanswered question to a government programme.

The method

We do not start with a product. We start with a question in the field — and only what survives research, clinical validation and a real district deployment earns the right to scale.

Understand & Research

Months 1–3

Immerse in problem with communities, experts, government. Every venture opens in the field — homes, classrooms, anganwadi centres — and these months produce no product at all; if the question changes, so does the venture.

02

Build & Validate

Months 3–6

Develop with clinical experts and institutions. Instruments are built and reviewed with institutions like NIEPID and calibrated to Indian-population norms — nothing reaches a child without clinical sign-off.

03

Pilot & Scale

Months 6–12

Deploy with government partners at district, state, or national level — through the systems that already reach every child. Teachers and anganwadi workers run it, not our field team, and then we step back and watch whether it lasts.

Policy & Ecosystem

Ongoing

Policy enablement, professional training, ecosystem building. What works in one district becomes how the system works: deployment under programmes like Samagra Shiksha, and relationships that carry across every venture.

On the ground

What we run on the ground

Five programmes, one spine — how the ventures reach children and families where they already are, run by the people who stay after we leave. Pick one to see how it works.
