The ventures, and what they stand on
Daira works across education, child development, maternal care and inclusion. Every venture starts on the same foundation — field research that keeps accumulating, instruments normed for Indian children, and institutional relationships earned over years.

The Jiveesha ecosystem
India's first connected learning and developmental screening ecosystem — home, school and clinic on one shared record, so no child ever starts from scratch. Built and validated with NIEPID, the apex national institute, and deployed under Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan.
Jiveesha is not a product you buy — it is the shared record and screening spine the ventures below run on. Each one is its own venture, for its own people.
NEEV — one unit makes a whole block inclusive
A self-contained inclusion lab on wheels, for the blocks where no clinic was ever built. It folds out into a full camp at any school in 10–15 minutes.
What one unit leaves behind: the schools keep the platform and their trained teachers, every flagged child carries a referral into Jiveesha Clinical, and the therapy layer gains the demand it needs to exist.
Inside NEEV →Two questions, not two products
Nothing is built until the research says what to build. These are written as the questions they still are.
What compounds between ventures
A studio is only worth more than separate companies if something accumulates between them. Three things do.
One research & data spine
Every deployment adds field and clinical data to a single base, so each venture starts where the last one finished rather than from nothing.
Norms built for India
Instruments calibrated for Indian populations rather than imported wholesale — the norms built for one venture become the ground the next one stands on.
Relationships that carry
Government and institutional partnerships take years to earn and are the hardest part to repeat. Once established, they carry across the whole portfolio.
